• Visual Mold Inspection and Report $45.00
• Mold Testing (arranged through a third party - no conflict of interest)
• Provide for the health and safety of occupants and workers by:
     1) setting containment with 6 mil plastic to contain the microscopic particles that can
          become airbourn and do when remedited
     2) bag all contaminated materials that are removed during remediation in 6 mil plastic bags
     3) use of negative air pressure and High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtering
     4) use of full Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the workers (disposable suits with
         hoods, gloves, and full face respirators
     5) provide 2 days of air scrubbing post remediation
• Content Cleaning, Moving and Storage
• Physically remove the contamination
• Post Remediation follow up after third party test results are analyzed
